Yay, I Passed

I managed to stay sober long enough to pass my driving test on the third time of asking. It almost feels like first time as the last two were a few years ago.

Now I've got to buy a car, and try not to smash it up too quickly. Other motorists beware!

My driving lessons are still a bit shite. Only stalled once on the weekend and still can't seem to do any reversing manouvers without fucking it up and it's only 5 weeks until my test. Could be 50 quid wasted. On Sunday we were practising emergency stops and then 10 minutes later some bloke decided to run out in front of me so he could catch his bus. I'm sure I would have had him if we hadn't been practicing. There's always a downside to these things.

I'm trying to curb my impulse buying but I'm tempted with a lense for my camera and an XDA Exec. I feel like a drunk going cold turkey, the urges are growing!!!

If I had anything else to write about, like that fact I bought two laptop batteries that HP says should work with my new Laptop but don't! Dang it's annoying. Have to send them back now. Too much hassle.

Also I'm learning to drive and it's a nightmare as I'm absolutely useless at driving. And I've got my test in 6 weeks time, dang that's going to be fun. 48 quid for a fucking test and I'm bound to fail. Might fluke it though.

Got to do the dishes now as I've told Becky to take it easy so I'm doing most of the housework. Why did I do that?
